Shipping + Returns

Shipping prices can vary depending on the item. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for damage during shipping, unless it was due to poor packaging on our part. If your item is damaged upon delivery please speak with a Post Office representative right away. They will advise you on how to proceed. If the situation is unable to be resolved, please contact us. A picture of the damaged item and package will be requested to better serve you, and our other customers, in the future.

We take pride in each product we create and have the highest standards in regards to quality. We want each client to be happy with their purchase and understand that the piece may not fit your home once you get it there.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping fees) as long as the item is not damaged, altered, or changed in any way. Client is responsible for return shipping charges.

Due to their nature, custom orders are non-returnable.
